Above the Workshop
Tones play a crucial role in mastering Mandarin listening and speaking skills. However, for many Chinese learners, grasping tones can be challenging due to ineffective teaching methods or a lack of systematic training. This session aims to offer an organized and efficient approach to assist beginners in mastering tones while speaking full sentences in a short period. Also it aims to ignite fresh perspectives and discussions on Mandarin tones teaching and training methods by sharing my personal experience and summarizing them in this article. Additionally, I hope to outline more diverse, practical and effective training plans.
